Happy New Year! With a new year upon us, we consider new perspectives, plan new initiatives and set goals.

Our goal as a company for 2024 is to continually improve our customer service by embracing innovation and responding to your feedback in order to create a better, more profitable experience for your company.

We wanted to make you aware of a few new things that we hope will improve your customer experience and enhance your business online.

  1. Support Tickets
    In August of 2023 we introduced a new customer support website to improve efficiency of support requests. We would like to remind all customers to submit your work requests here.

  2. Google Analytics Reports
    Each month hosted customers receive an automated “no-reply” email with a Google Analytics report detailing the previous month’s traffic on their website. We recently upgraded our reporting to a new format that is more detailed and easier to read.

    If you saw an email report this month that looked broken or had missing data, please know that this will be replaced with the updated version and that your analytics are intact.

    We can also provide you direct access to your Google Analytics by adding you as a user. You simply need to email our Marketing Consultant – Farrukh (farruhk@cnmwebsite.com). Let him know the email you use to login to Google and he will add you as a user to analytics.google.com.

  3. Hosting and Security
    As you may be aware, security across the Internet continues to be a major concern for individuals and companies of all sizes. Colophon New Media has continually invested in improved security for your website hosting including 24/7 monitoring and malware mitigation.
