Colophon recently completed a website upgrade for The Speaker Agency of Los Angeles, CA. The agency specializes in booking keynote speakers and entertainers for corporate and association events worldwide.
Included in the site upgrade was a variety of graphics changes and a complete over-hall of the underlying technology that runs the site. Two major technical issues that the company wanted to address were how to utilize the data from their eSpeakers service and how to integrate their website contact forms with their Salesforce.com service.
Colophon provided a solution for both of these items by working directly with eSpeakers and Salesforce technology experts. Colophon programmers planned, integrated, tested and roll-out seamless solutions for both challenges. The results were increased efficiency for the Agency's sales cycle, and ultimately, improved sales for their team of agents.
TheSpeakerAgency.com is run on a ColdFusion 8.0 platform and uses a custom-build data management system to allow administrators control of the website's content.
