Colophon New Media has been providing Carriage Properties, LLC with web development and hosting services since 2010. When the partners were ready to extend their services to offer commercial brokerage, Colophon developed a companion website for the new division.

Unlike many regions around the United States, the Charleston Commercial MLS is widely utilized by regional brokers and includes a comprehensive record of commercial properties for sale and lease. Colophon utilized the Charleston Regional MLS API to display both exclusive listings and a broader selection of properties.

The website is developed on the WordPress platform and hosted on WordPress-optimized servers.
