Bill and Carla Haynie bought The Woodshed Lodge in early 2021 and inherited a very outdated website form the previous owners. Bill came to Colophon to design a new website for the Inn. A new logo and brand image were being created by the owners and Colophon utilized the new look as a basis for the new site.

In addition to an enhanced image, the primary goal of the new website was to improve search visibility and generate bookings for the Inn.

The Woodshed Lodge uses airbnb for to take bookings, but they had the goal of being able to take booking enquiries directly through their website. The solution was to use a premium WordPress plugin that is able to sync their airbnb availability calendar with the calendars on the website. Visitors can see exactly was it available.

The new website also features a presentation of the Inn, its Amenities and local area info.

Built on the WordPress platform, the site is easy to update and is hosted on secure, state-of-art servers.
