New Nonprofit Builds Hope in the Lowcountry

Joe Welch is a deeply spiritual, community-focused man, and an extremely talented builder. Using these attributes Mr. Welch and his wife Amy formed Welch Community Hope in 2024. The charity provides critical building and maintenance services to families in the Lowcountry of South Carolina.
