 The Company

SouthCon Building Group has developed into one of the top general contractors in South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia since President & CEO Chris Spach founded the company back in 2008.

Two of the calling cards of SouthCon Building — in addition to the award-winning quality of its work — are its versatility across a wide range of constrution projects and its commitment to sustainability and responsible building practices. The latter is backed up by a number of SouthCon team members’ status as LEED Accredited Professionals.

 The Challenge

Given SouthCon’s MO, it should come as no surprise that the company demanded a detailed, comprehensive website to showcase everything  it offers.

Over the course of two-plus years, SouthCon and the Colophon team led by Digital Content Coordinator Vinicius Coelho carried out more than 500 edits to produce the exact website that SouthCon needed. Attention to detail is always crucial on websites of this scale, and this project was no different.

Extensive time and effort went into incorporating the stunning hero video that welcomes visitors to the homepage.

 The Process

Colophon’s trusted three-phrase web development procces was integral to this project’s success. The company had to juggle a long list of tasks to meet every deadline while completing a project of this magnitude.
