Marlboro Development Team had already found success as a commercial real estate developer specializing in build to suits and the redevelopment of existing properties. They came to Colophon New Media to bring their company online. From the start, the web design and development process was focused on showcasing the Marlboro Development Team projects.

 The Process

The Marlboro team had several projects underway and the owners wanted to feature these success stories. The website was developed in phases. At the start of the process, a landing page was launched to immediately provide the company with a web presence. In the next phase, the other main areas of the site including company info, services and news were added. Finally, a full project portfolio came to life. The website is programmed on the WordPress platform and uses a custom design theme for the Marlboro Development Team
