Locally owned and operated Swift Marine — which is now an all-encompassing boat repair business that is well-known across the 20 marinas and yacht clubs in the Charleston area — started in 2010 as a diving and detailing company.

From boat and yacht repair services to management services to detailing services (for a variety of boats including motor yachts, center consoles, sailing yachts, ships, and commercial vessels), Swift Marine has established itself as an indispensable asset to countless boat owners from the waters of Charleston all the way down to Florida.

 The Challenge

Swift Marine’s website needed a facelift on multiple fronts, and that’s exactly what Colophon New Media provided. The previous version of the site had become out-of-date, and its structural issues were hurting both its performance and its search visibility.

Enter Colophon, which overhauled the way the site is structured and hosted in a way that has paid dividends.
