Colophon Launches Website For Real Estate Auction Start-Up Voyage Auctions

Charleston-based husband and wife duo Alex and Madelyn Bourland recently established a fast-growing luxury real estate auction firm, Voyage Auctions. The start-up has quickly gained traction and built momentum since inking its first deal in 2024.

Alex and Madelyn knew early in the process that they would need a modern website to boost their credibility and prime Voyage Auctions for continued growth, and they knew who to call: trusted local marketing firm Colophon New Media.

Working in tandem with Colophon’s team of web development & hosting experts, Voyage Auctions was able to quickly get a slick, modern website live.

After the success of their first deal in 2024, when it stepped in to assist a local real estate industry veteran looking to sell an oceanfront home on Folly Beach, Alex and Madelyn began collaborating with Colophon on a website that could showcase everything Voyage Auctions has to offer.

Voyage Auctions wanted a mobile-friendly, visually stunning website that could integrate its auction software API. The decision to partner with Colophon was a no-brainer thanks to the agency’s proven expertise in building, hosting and optimizing websites for like-minded growing companies.

In addition to the work it has already done, Colophon has already begun laying the groundwork to seamlessly integrate Voyage Auctions’ auction software API into the back end of this website once the time is right.
