Working with you over the last nine months has been a pleasure. Moreover, we simply could not be more pleased with CNM’s design, hosting, marketing, and maintenance services. The site is clean and efficient, the design elegant and professional. The suite of products that your team assembled, including our new logos and matching brochures, have elicited tremendous feedback, with one person after another describing our site and materials as “great,” “excellent,” and “impressive.” In terms of conveying information about who we are and what we do, the Global Studies Foundation now stands on solid ground because of you and the CNM team.

I also want to applaud your organizational skills and creativity and to thank you for shepherding this project from start to finish. When we approached you earlier this year with our wish list, the Global Studies Foundation was just beginning the process of conceptualizing how we wanted to market ourselves. CNM helped us take a vision of where we wanted to be and turn it into a strategic approach for moving forward, particularly by developing an effective marketing plan and an expandable web presence. Already this approach is bearing fruit, with even more opportunities for growth on the horizon.

We look forward to working more with CNM to maintain the web site (which has been trouble-free) and to enhance it by adding some of the features you have suggested, including online contribution options, categorized resources, expandable menus, news items, publications, and a global literacy quiz.
