The Multihull Company Gets a Custom Membership System and CRM Upgrade

In 2022 Colophon New Media designed and built a new, custom website for The Multihull Company (TMC). The site was programmed to include a powerful search and display system for boat inventory that is run via a connection to the Yacht World API.

The new website offers an array of powerful features to allow users to search for yachts and then contact TMC brokers. With the success of the new website TMC administrators decided that they wanted to add new features for customers in order to create a better experience for buyers and sellers.

Contact forms on the website are routed to related brokers and stored in a new CRM that was custom-built for TMC administrators.

The latest additions to The Multihull Company website are in two primary parts:

1. A new member registration system that allows users to sign up for free in order to save searches, save favorite boats, connect with brokers and utilize the full power of the TMC yacht sales experience.
   
2. A customer relations management (CRM) system that captures all leads into a central database and offers a highly detailed view of customer data. The system allows TMC administrators to quickly filter, view and communicate with relevant leads.

The Multihull Company knows their customers and their business very well and they were able to use this knowledge to conceive of a membership and CRM experience that serves both their customers and their internal customer services processes.

Colophon continues to design and program new features for The Multihull Company as their business grows and evolves.
