Colophon Announces Enhanced Support Services

Thanks to important customer feedback and a need to improve our customer support services, Colophon has recently rolled-out a new support and ticketing service using ZenDesk.

The new service allows for rapid resolution to support requests using tickets that are instantly submitted to our technical team.

As the issue is worked on, the customer is notified of updates, and once a ticket has been resolved, the customer is contacted and the support ticket goes into the customer’s history. This allows Colophon to keep track of previous support issues in order to use this information to inform any new issues that may arise.
