Dr. Dave came to Colophon in 2009 after having used a different web development service for the first couple of years of the business. Colophon redesigned the site, enhancing the key features and provided a better mobile experience as smart phones were starting to take off.

The website has been modified several times since it's 2009 launch – including a rebranding project in 2018.
